You kinda forgot to mention how the "honorable" East India Company's free trade believers were involved in the slave trade.

    Whaat the fuck?
No, we didn't lose a lucrative colony in North American independence. We gained the French trade and colonies in India, it worked out better for the British that way.
Afterall, the 13 colonies back then were simply a backwater that was constantly being raided by the French or the native Americans.

I had to stop watching after you said the first sentence. Learn some history, yes we were in debt after the 7 year war/ Indian war/ war of independence. But that was also because we were buying so much tea from China and they only accepted silver, the opium wars started because we were selling lots of opium in China to get the silver back, the Chinese wanted to stop this so restricted it.

the war of independence was not, therefore THE reason that the opium wars began.

Yea… that is like saying EA is an "honourable" company today or if you want to be serious, it's like saying "Trafigura" and "DynCorp International" are "honourable".

Actually, no foreigners could enter the cities, they could only enter the ports
Also, the reason they couldn’t get much profit because the Chinese were self-providing people, the English’s products like cutlery, dishes, instruments(like pianos) and etc were of no use for the Chinese
That’s why they couldn’t have much profit
Also, they lied to the people, saying that the gifts were for the emperor’s birthday, but the English thought that they knew
The English chested the Chinese by smuggling opium grown from India which made China broke, which was extremely unfair for the chinese
